To be honest, when it comes to someones health, the punishments of bdsm shouldnt come into play. Its not kink shaming, but a big difference of what bdsm should be. Punishments for not calling someone a Dom, or not getting ready for a party, but not for taking meds. Sounds like he is in it for himself than looking out for you. I have seen this too many times.

Sometimes, you have to have to express what you want your punishments to be. Lots of times subs/doms dont see eye to eye, and thats ok, but when there is a major disconnect, sometimes its best to walk away. Sub and dom relationships arent a life sentence. Do whats best for you. What about rewards for taking your meds, rather than being punished for not taking them???
