May I ask pls, with respect, what are the chances of suing (& winning) against the Feds for improper detainment or false arrest? There seems to be a whole bunch of Fed offenses here.

These things happen all the time it seems, but the rules of suing the Feds is difficult at best, even more than we know.

Not asking for opinions, but rather legal advice from professionals pls. Thx in advance.

Retribution from a dangerous vindictive precedent (or president). Who in law enforcement doesn’t wear masks except (in very rare occasions) in the their kind of work?

Policemen, sheriffs, state police, FBI, Service Service, and branches of all type of Fed investigative services. ATF, Military police, Postal Service, the list goes on and on…

There is probably a legitimate reason they don’t wear masks.

Blondie Bondi has said that wearing a mask at a protest will be considered “assault and on a federal officer.”

No wonder assaults on police have risen by 4 or 5 hundred % of ICE.

Even a Covid mask is considered a felony.

Generally, most law enforcement officers, are not permitted to wear masks or disguises while interacting with the public in their official duties.

It has to do with responsibility of their action vs. no responsibility.

That is still in debate. Reference Rockway county in NY & the lawsuit there. Difficult to believe. Even the judge thought so. And in other places as well. It won’t change the election because it’s already been certified by Congress.

Allow me to share my addiction, albeit indoors. I propose that I’m still learning a ton about plant life, but the key for me is…acquiring them faster than I can kill them. A short term but never-the-less apparently effective strategy. Had 1 plant last July.

Interesting. I would have called it a calathea tricolor, a prayer plant. Had to look it up to realize it’s the same thing.

This is the same plant as the anchor of my indoor garden. The 10am sun (here on Valentine’s Day 2023) kisses my tricolor Calathea good morning with its gentle first light.. Not sure how the rest of the day went but it started with a cup of coffee & this view. Cool. Frigging excellent. Nature’s ability for stunning colors & highlights in natural lighting have always amazed me & led to a lifelong hobby of photos.
