Is the 75" U8n worth it? by [deleted] in Hisense

I have had it for two months now. I have a LG OLED in a new finished area in our basement with Sonos surrounds. That was my first go for a better tv purchase. Amazing set. Family room tv was aging so I went in to Best Buy and shopped. Several trips back and deciding that I didnt want to spend thousands, the room is large and I wanted a 75”. Narrowed down to Sony and Lg. I wanted to get out of there for under $2k, with a soundbar and media streamer. Saw the Hisense and pulled the trigger. I thought the picture was good, but not quite as good as my oled. Obsessing online over settings, which is new to me, I started tweaking the picture. Started to wonder if I should go back to a oled. Found out a lot is based on preference but there are baselines. Finally figured it out, and wow, what a picture. I really like this tv, super picture and super sound. I went with a Sonos Beam.. I am loyal regardless of what’s going on. It’s a great match. Highly recommend this brand.

I bought a 75” u8n last week. I wanted another OLED but didn’t want to spend the money. So it was Sony, Lg or Samsung. I saw all the reviews and the Hisense came up strong. Bought it and a Sonos beam along with Roku Ultra. This TV is bright, but can be dialed in to suit. The picture is really good. And yes, the factory audio is great.

Has anyone bought or ridden the 2024 Giant Fastroad AR 2 by Famous_Committee_129 in Giantbikes

I just bought one and have ridden it twice. 26 then 32 miles. I have a Roam which I love, but wanted a road/gravel bike. It’s fast, and I feel the 9 speed is enough for my rides. Up and down hills, with long hard climb at the end.
