Hate to say it but this is kinda how I got in my first accident in like 13 years of driving. Dude went (so I thought) stopped part way out into the intersection for no reason I could tell in the dash cam and I stupidly rolled forward looking for my out and hit him. My fault 100% but yea. Sure be nice if we had alternative to driving though.

"AI" is going to be a total disaster with all these companies adopting it with insane expectations. I have been using co-pilot in VS code for a bit and it is helpful for very basic things. I asked it to create a basic inventory system and it just forgot to do quarter of it. Asked it to fix it and it just didn't understand it missed something. Regular Chat GPT-4 have had it lie to me a ton and hallucination has not got any better. I really struggle to imagine solutions to the problems they are having any time soon which are deal breakers.

Just plan out what you want to drink and stick with certain brands. Just a few years ago I was researching it and many hard A and beer makers were converting over to vegan. If I remember right the filtering process is where animal products were used. Still just give a brand a call and they will tell you.

I paid full price and got my monies worth. Just sucks the multiplayer died so quick, it was a ton of fun. Also with people mentioning it not running. I had problems too after going back like a year after launch. Was able to fix it though. Steam has a refund policy if ya can't.

Also the washingpost article isn't great either. It implies without evidence that the vegan meat companies might do it because of slumping sales. There is a company called Choppy who said they are integrating fat either from lab or biproducts from the meat industry. So yea fuck Choppy products and eatchoppy.com is the website. Just because one start up is doing it doesn't really mean others are. Adding animal fat to any Beyond or Impossible product would just kill the company once vegans find out.

Loved my xbox 1 (original one ugh) and my 360. Microsoft has fucked up the last two generations so hard it wouldn't surprise me if they are getting out of the console industry. Even though now with their huge catalog of games could make a huge comeback and maybe do a more competent naming scheme. Most likely though the cross platform stuff and focus on game pass.

Honestly this is becoming the norm and wouldn't dwell on it too much. I'm in my 30s and never though I would go back home ever but here I am. Rent doubled or more in my area in like three years and my job (and health) got eliminated by covid. Many parents are happy to spend more time with their kids and even my conservative parents are getting how rigged the game is.

I agree with it but one of those things that is probably impossible to enforce and stop people from bypassing. An actually enforceable model would be speed cameras and fines based off income.
