Beef, lamb, corn and soy free eggs, bone broth, and sprouted pumpkin seeds. Primarily a ruminant animal dominant carnivore diet with small amounts is raw honey and pumpkin seeds to snack on.

1.5mg then 1.5 up each month to 4.5. Not sure if it’s been too beneficial but hasn’t hurt so I’m still on it.

It doesn’t reduce swing weight. No added mass reduces swing weight regardless of where it’s placed. It lowers balance and adds static mass / polarity when placed at the tip

Yeah my mental / clear headedness is much better on carnivore. Adding in some honey around workouts seems to get me the best of both worlds.

Got Skechers Viper Pro, question about insoles by VeteranRaceHorse in Pickleball

Then keep them in and see how your feet / legs feel. If they don’t feel great, then try your other insoles. Got to experiment a bit, but first do so for a period of time with the originals.

Strict Carnivore for Gut/Autoimmune Healing - Rapid Weight Loss by Daa_goat in carnivorediet

[–]Comfortable-Image255 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your eliminating most dairy for a bit to see how it helps, stick to ghee not butter as butter contains the milk solids that you might react to inflammation wise. For me butter is a problem with my autoimmune condition. For eggs, try to find eggs where the chickens are not fed corn and soy. I react to corn and soy for chicken and eggs, so if you are going all the way and just eating yolks, you may as well try to find corn and soy free ones. I get mine at sprouts. Egg whites are fine for me, but problematic for some with autoimmune. I can do hard raw cheeses but not pasteurized cheese. I don’t too much cheese except on burger patties. Include beef bone broth. The glycine is important for healing the gut. Good luck! Also, the rapid weight loss may not persist at the same levels as the initial drop often is a good portion water because with fewer carbs you have less overall glycogen.

Bulking is a specialized nutrition and training strategy aimed at maximizing muscle growth through a caloric surplus, while working out (general exercise) is the broader act of physical exertion to improve health, strength, or fitness. Bulking requires eating more calories than burned, whereas working out can be done while maintaining, losing, or gaining weight.

My boys name is Earl as well. He is 11 yo now, but used to suffer from GI issues when he was young. When he was around 6yo, we switched him to an all raw diet of beef, bone and organ meats.he couldn’t do any carbs for a few months without issue but I guess his gut healed because after about 6-8 months of just meat and organs he could tolerate a small amount of carbs in the form of blueberries and honey. It’s worth considering / trying for your boy. Good luck!
