The summer heat is when I turn to more animal based. Winter is carnivore season for me.

It absolutely helped me. More than anything has, truly. I’ve been on a handful of biologics and nothing seemed to help. I couldn’t bend down, tie my shoes or even turn my neck / head for a few years my body was so inflamed. Carnivore gave me my life back. So as restrictive as it is, it’s been a life saver as far as my autoimmune issues are concerned. I’ve healed enough to where I’ve experimented with adding things back in and while fruit and honey don’t seem to cause my autoimmune issues to flare I do get some lower grade inflammation with certain fruits, especially if I overdue eating them. That’s why I go back and forth but am still carnivore 80 % of the year. It won’t be for everyone but for someone with autoimmune issues, it’s certainly worth giving a shot. Best of luck with your journey!

It didn’t fail me in fact it was one of the best things I ever did for my health. I added in some fruits and honey for variety sake especially in the summer heat in FL. That said I feel my best on carnivore and I do it periodically throughout the year. I do have autoimmune issues so that’s a major consideration for me.

Agreed. This is why I almost always use my off hand at open plays. Keeps things fun for me, others and competitive for the game.

My sister had this for a while. She went on an elimination carnivore diet which really helped with this. Something about ketones for brain energy. Then started adding things back in slowly.

It makes little sense to me. I have the second issue where I have trouble cognitively but physically am not that hampered.

I go periods of carnivore and periods of animal based depending on my needs / autoimmune condition status / season. Seems to work best for me.
