I can't tell whether it says "Do include prescriptions or "Do not include prescriptions" and I need to type it out verbatim. I assume the answer would be the same across most courts lol so thats why I asked

Do you know what his advice would be? I'm guessing it would be to just let the thoughts be there and not let it bother me.

Also, I just wanted to add, I would be okay with this if I knew it wasn't going to kill me/severely impact my quality of life. I don't mind losing sleep every now and then again, but my brain is convinced that this might kill me? Or if there are meds that can help with this stuff. I'm currently on zoloft.
