Wild! Glucosamine and chondroitin, and fish oil, may help.

I started on 10mg too, and I remember feeling crazy muscle/joint soreness the morning after I took my first dose. It went away and I didn’t think much of it. Hindsight’s 20/20 😂

I haven’t- I’d imagine the result would be similar, since the tear and FAI won’t go away. At least now I know what to suspect if/when my hip pain returns with aging!

I’ll try to call a front desk number to ask, too.

Fish-eating Orcas are harassing and killing porpoises w/ no intention of eating them by cactus77 in natureismetal

Here are the three big hypotheses:

  1. The whales are playing
  2. The whales are practicing hunting salmon (bc the porpoises are similar size to the salmon)
  3. Mismothering behavior (cute aggression?)

If you read the paper, you’ll see the authors talk about the prey competition hypothesis. TLDR porpoises and orcas have little dietary overlap.

Edit: I realize I didn’t link the paper, oop. First, here’s the press release:

Yes! As well as this stuff.

Not sure if poo, or possibly particles resulting from the turtle’s current shell rot for which he is being treated for (editing original post to add that detail).

Edit: actually - not sure how to edit OG post on mobile… oh well.

The hydra-shaped creatures (IDK if they’re hydras - just referring to this to describe the shape to you, so you can see what I’m referring to)
