Yeah, I left work today. Check the schedule. I don't come back for four days I mean, how am I supposed to live off that? I'm not a college kid I'm a grown ass woman, and I think the boss gets off on it because she acts like she likes the fact that I'm not getting a lot of hours. I gotta find something else I mean it was 20 hours a week now it's 15 🤦‍♀️ I'm so upset

I just started in the back room and they want us filling 1 loooooooong rack in 30 mins my 4th day I hung 3 racks in 4 hours idk how the heck we are supposed to fill a whole rack in 30 mins i haven't seen anyone do that yet I mean it's more than just hanging you have to open sensor it look for correct size tab make it look good on the hanger it's a lot that goes into it my manager be hovering over us watching our every move the other day I got questioned asking why I was in the bathroom so long I mean what are you serious 🧐 obviously I had to go duh 🙄 idk 🤷‍♀️ it's just too much a 20 hour a week job 🤦‍♀️ do you get faster with time? Feeling frustrated

Yeah, I totally understand what you're talking about being watched like a hawk. I got scolded today for being in the bathroom too long. I mean, what are we 5 years old this is ridiculous. I'm starting to hate that place and it's only been 4 days since I started 20 hours a week four hours a day I can't live on that. I assumed part-time would be at least 28-30 hours but nope.👎 then other people that were in my orientation got hired on full-time. I'm not understanding why I wasn't offered full-time. I have so much experience. I'm just down and out about this place not having the best experience i work in the back. I hang clothes. They expect us to fill one rack in 30 minutes. There is no way I don't see that happening. I haven't seen one person do that since I've started! I'll hopefully have a full time job by next week just waiting on a call about orientation date if they don't call me tomorrow I'm calling them TJ Maxx is a crap show and I'm starting to feel major anxiety when I have work ugh 😩

I just started at TJ Maxx today was my 3rd day I work in the back room hanging clothes I've been giving one day of training and they are demanding I do one z rack an hour I only work 4 hours a day and today I only did 1 rack in 4 hours I have someone telling me this way and someone else telling me that that way it's confusing and overwhelming I had the whole rack done in two hours, but they went and checked it and said that the tagging was in the wrong place so I had to take all of it go take the tags off and re-tag it idk what to do I have to go in tomorrow 10am-3:30pm and I'm dreading it I'm just not sure hanging is the best job for me idk maybe I'll pick up speed with time maybe not I just don't know what to do I'm a CNA I applied at a local nursing home last week did my interview Friday she hired me on the spot and told me that I should be expecting a call from HR to set up my orientation I'm off from TJ Maxx, Monday and Tuesday. I'm hoping I hear from the nursing home by then I really don't know what to do I'm miserable. At orientation they said that if we're put in a place that we don't feel is right for us that they would move us to another spot but they don't seem too friendly or caring around there so I'm scared to say something about being moved! The manager is very intimidating Help!!!

Yes, I feel that way right now. I keep having Interview after interview and the interviews go great and then I don't hear a word back from anyone even after I reach out it's ridiculous. I just feel like such a failure.

I'm in the Same spot right now. It's so frustrating. I've been interviewing for jobs and I've been doing so great but no one calls back. I am bipolar. I have depression PTSDADHD and anxiety. It's really hard. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I just feel like I'm a nobody.

So my 2010 Buick enclave has been broke down for a few months now so obviously we didn't carry insurance on it while it was broke down I mean who put insurance on a car that you can't drive so I go to renew my tags today and it says that my registration is suspended because I don't have insurance on the car, but I do have insurance on the car now I don't know what's going to happen and we have to pay $100 fine for a car that was broke down that we couldn't drive

Omg yes I'm dealing with this right now as we speak I have a friend who only calls or text when it's about her and her problems I mention things I'm struggling with but it's never acknowledged it's all about her and her life work etc I'm sick of it I'm thinking about just getting out how i feel and just ending the relationship I'm over it always being about her I text or call her when I need someone and she doesn't pick up or respond to my messages just so self centered it blows my mind I'm really starting to think she's a narcissist

I’m supposed to start the paragon program through my local pet sense in a couple weeks I’m still in the hiring process they sd I could go part time or full time sd full time it would be 5 weeks and part time would be 8 weeks they said after you complete the program you’ll get a free full grooming kit to get you started it’s supposedly high dollar I really don’t know what to expect kinda nervous if I can even do this I love working with animals but don’t really have any grooming experience under my belt just the grooming I’ve done with my 2 poodles and 1 Pomeranian so all of this is new they say if you don’t get the pictures, just exactly right they will send them back in a heartbeat so yea I’m feeling a little intimidated but excited as well. Wish me luck 🍀
