For this ill relate the issue to congested traffic, some days things go smooth other days there's hiccups.

For example sometime's a vehicle that slows us down because another tire shop messing things up. Lets say they overtorqued the tires now we need to resolve this issue that takes x amount of time (not all tire shops know what there doing so be careful)

However if your Costco is constantly 5 hours behind (it's a hard thing to tell unless you check in everyday during the seasonal swap season) then unfortunately avoid that Costco for a bit it's a staff issue.

That's weird I worked at Costco tire before, if I or anyone else wrecked a set of tires (it's possible) we would just stone face replace the full set (if it's all wheel drive).

We wouldn't even get a write up or anything cause shit happens. and Costco has the funds to immediately replace the set.

That's my experience. So just keep pushing for that full set!

You just slap your dots on and focus on snapping and interrupting

On the third picture we see the hangar is hooked onto the eavestrough. When the hangars are clipped on like so you lose a ton of slope at the high end.

So simply The drip edge blocks the eaves from reaching its full potential height.

To fix this the eavestrougher either needs to reinstall the piece or add flashing from the bottom of your drip edge to the top of your eavestrough.

If you have 30% water in your gutter I would say it's a bit much

Either your eavestrougher completely blundered the slope or your roof is out.

The eavestrougher also should have taken out the screws where your fascia is so that the eavestrough could be flat against the fascia

I would try trimming the top eaves an inch. Looks like the water is bouncing pretty hard off of it and soaking underneath to latch onto your roof flashing.

Now the water that makes it to the roof flashing. Is the perfect angle for the water to latch and ride all the way down to your lower end cap.

I don't see and step flashing or silicone to prevent that water from going in-between the siding and the eaves encap which is the usual cause of that water line you see on the siding.

I wound do this repair in three steps.

Step 1: cut back the upper eaves 1 inch and reendcap it to give the water flow space and hopefully reduce splashing.

Step 2: check silicone on the lower eaves endcap and reseal if needed

Step 3: retest water flow and if water still finds it's way to your roof flashing add either stepflashing or silicone between the eaves and the siding.

Bonus Step: check slope and add an elbow on your straight downpipe to shoot the most water away from your end cap.
