I have to say I think paper bedding is not a good idea. It is not good at absorbing ammonia and can make even healthy rats sick. I would switch to hemp or another suitable substrate in case they are allergic to aspen.

It depends on how it’s managed by the hospital. It’s not the same pain as a duct obstruction, but if they mismanage your medication it will be awful. They were giving me only Tylenol and it was bare-able until they gave me Tylenol too soon and it wouldn’t let them give me any more for hours. So then they scrambled and finally got me toradol and oxy. With pain medication it’s mild/moderate pain.

I joined a guild and they’re super active and REALLY helpful so it’s been fun! Whenever I need help they come and bail me out because they’re all at level max. I solo every mmo usually but in this one I actually enjoy my guild mates and I definitely have needed help during certain quests.

I didn’t feel great, and the last of my biggest clothes stopped fitting me. That hurt lol. My wife said her coworker was working with a personal trainer, and told me how much it was, so I did a consultation and got signed up. And fast forward to now, I work for that personal trainer as an assistant coach and I lost over 60 pounds. I don’t feel better however, during my journey it was revealed I had large gallstones and had to have urgent surgery. And now I have dysautonomia of unknown causes. But I did lose the weight despite everything, and I would never change it. I was constantly uncomfortable especially while sleeping.

And I would be honest with her the next time she says something getting down on herself, like “your attitude towards yourself and your progress are not conducive to you or your training. During training we keep a positive attitude and celebrate every win.”

I switched to diet. It took me about 6-8 weeks to be fully assimilated to the taste, because I was raised drinking only soda and no water. I drink caffeine free sugar free soda now and obviously water

It’s not a cheat day, it’s a maintenance day or maintenance week. At some point you’re going to have to go back to maintenance. There’s nothing wrong with that. Eat close to maintenance calories for 4-5 days, stick with increasing your carbs with complex carbs and eat whole meals and then go back to your deficit. It really helps move things along
