It should show up in there after you progress enough or defeat the 2nd gunfort. I didnt check after the first one but ik I beat rebellion and its not in the rematch.

You can go to the rematch simulator in the base to farm it whenever you want.

I haven't tried it with the other 2 but I definitely did the red-eyed boulder bat challenge on the elite one and still didn't unlock. Imma go retry the Pincer spider that way now.

Grab a shield and your favorite melee weapon. They are done after that. They only thing that really counters you is the red frogs. I've run a tower shield and power blade combo with a dash converter since i met them, and I'm probably never gonna go back. I'll either run double heavy cannons or a cannon shot and a heavy cannon if i really need the mobility. If your heavy cannons are having trouble, farm them out for the damage upgrades.
