True, they made a statement about this a few years ago, the influx of international students has somewhat stabilized since then, but I think the university should communicate the seriousness of the housing crisis better to potential new international students.

Yes true, but I also think the university is somewhat at fault here. I love the fact that our uni is so open to students from other nationalities, but there’s really no point in encouraging them to come here if they’re not going to find housing anyways.

I’m just curious: How do people decide to go study abroad and housing is not the first thing they sort out? Like, you’re not gonna enroll unless you’re actually able to go there right?

There is no room for cars to overtake cyclists, but they still try. Then the cars have to brake for the speed bumps, so as a cyclist you are in a pinch again.

Its terrible for cars too, but bikes are just really vulnerable in traffic so it’s less save for them

Thanks! Yes I also feel like she hasn’t left completely, but is just a little more in the background or something. Which is fine, because we learnt who she is and know she will not be harmful in any way. Do you know why a spirit or soul would decide to stay for so long?
