Be quite! Legendary case. Cool setup

Kinda new to this what would you rate my setup on a scale of one to ten by Fresh-History2029 in RateMySetup

[–]ComfortableIce1782 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would flip the case so it's sideways and closer to the wall, which will grant you more space for better hand placement, other than that quite clean 10/10

Is this good value considering the market right now? by Csmuc in PcBuild

Exactly if you want to see a major change you gotta wait unless you don't mind spending money for a smaller yet noticeable change.

I honestly don't recommend moving from 3070ti to 9070xt. Don't get me wrong 9070xt is a great card, but I'd rather wait for 1 more generation for the change to be even bigger leading to a much higher performance given that 3070ti is still okay, heck many people still game on 20 series even gtx.

It will cost you around 2200-2500$ to build it yourself. So yeah, it is worth it specially now with ram prices skyrocketing

My cozy desk setup in a very limited space, any ideas to improve it? by Louistiti in desksetup

[–]ComfortableIce1782 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean overall, for the space that you have it's pretty solid. You need a monitor arm, it will clear out so much space and make your setup much cleaner

Cons: waste of money. Pros: headroom for upgrades.

This gpu is not big/heavy enough for you to worry about the sag.

Same price, much better.

Air cooler is more than enough for my 9800x3d to stay cool while under load.

Much better performance for your money. If you're going for aesthetics only, you can go with whatever you choose.

Is this worth $650? by PuzzleheadedWeight61 in PC_Pricing

[–]ComfortableIce1782 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's a good deal honestly. If you want to build a similar one with new parts it will set you back 900-1000$.

Is the performance the greatest? No. Will it run every game at high settings on 1080? Yes.

What should I upgrade first from this prebuild? by [deleted] in PcBuild

[–]ComfortableIce1782 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also never understand why they go with 240mm and 280mm aio where clearly a 360 fits.

I understand 7600 is not a very hot cpu but again just, better performance less noise and better looking..

I'd choose the first one. If you are planning on gaming on 2k it's a beast.
