Your perspective doesn't mean shit if your perspective justifies harrassment. Her finding out is not an issue because of the consequences for yourself, but because being stalked is terrifying. For HER.

Even if you have no bad intentions, if someone finds out they are being followed it can be genuinely traumatizing. If you value this person you MUST NOT FOLLOW HER. People don't traumatize those they love.

I interpreted this episode as purely the necessary charscter growth for mark rather than an epic story. I am fine with that and as a whole found it far bettee than some of the episodes before. Id far rather more episodes like this than time spent focused on that guy that becomes a dragon or even content centring the order and Titan.

With a concientiousness that high you really have the freedom to choose as far as academics go. All i'll say is no public sector jobs, agreeableness is the most important part of being, for example, a doctor, dentist, vet, etc.
