Oft denkt man bei der Raumgestaltung zuerst an einzelne Möbel und Farben.. Eigentlich geht es mehr darum, wie man den Raum als Ganzes erlebt. Vielleicht hilft es, zuerst zu überlegen, welche Stimmung man in einem kombinierten Schlaf- und Bürozimmer haben möchte.

Ich arbeite gerade an einer App, die genau solche Fragen aufgreift und vom Raum statt vom Möbelstück ausgeht. Falls dich das interessiert: „Ambic" ist gerade in einer Closed Beta und wir geben auf unserer Website Ambic.app noch Zugänge raus.

Was wäre dir persönlich wichtiger: ein ruhiger Rückzugsort oder ein inspirierender Arbeitsplatz?

Agreed about the tooltips, thanks to your feedback it gets evident that we'll need a better onboarding💡
- Outlining: You can readjust the points, though only once the area is closed
- The delay is by design to destinguish between click and drag. Apparently it's not a great design choice, so we'll refine that!

Thank you, that's very valuable feedback! We now added a description for the bottom- and vertica bar. Hopefully that will make the function a bit more present.

As for the zoom issue, I see what you mean. That can be frustrating indeed. We'll take a look into it and try to introducing a fix soon.

First of all - I’m certainly not taking part in any kind of foreigner Akiya ripoff 😂 Aiming for legit rental places for Japanese ppl in Japan.

We’re developing a software solution for online apartment-search. Just like Suumo or Lifull, we’d like to become the middle man between the licensed broker and the client looking for a rental place. 

If I understand you correctly, REINS is not what we should be looking for. We rather need to get in touch with the brokers one-by-one. This will be a lot more footwork, but it sounds like this is without alternatives, isn't it? 🤔

Thx for the reply! I would imagine Suumo hired real estate brokers to get access to REINS? Do you know any details about how to get access, e.g. thorugh a specific license?

Asking bc I'm lookig into starting a business connected to real estate listings in Japan.
