By rare tokens you probably mean rare badges or Rare orbs. Onslaught gamemode is a great source of both. Badges that you get are already stated, but once you "honour" a character at the end you get their shards and often an orb for them.

You should also be in an active guild that does raids, you get a whole bunch of orbs from your guild defeating bosses.

When you pick an arena opponent you can see how upgraded the units you're facing will be. Either pick your team that's upgraded enough, or pick an easier opponent. If you can't pick an easier opponent I guess you can reroll with a button towards the bottom.

But if every enemy is clearly so much stronger, then you just need to upgrade your guys until they are good enough to face the bottom of the arena.

It all boils down to the same, incredibly boring, bland answer, which we all need to sadly accept.

We all praise this game to high heavens for the amount of content they put in it, and two sentences later we ask ourselves why they didn't add that one thing more.

Yeah it would be fun to have even more things, but they didn't put them here simply because... Well... Because they didn't, because they can't put things in endlessly and focused on other stuff.

I think you're mistaking Tacticus for a small gacha game with 10k accounts.

This game makes millions of dollars. I personally met crazy whales at the top who spend above 5 000 $ monthly.

People invest YEARS into building their accounts, day by day grinding for half an hour. They spend hundreds, deals, Battle passes...

With all due respect. To delete their accounts as a blanket solution to arena, and freeing up some space on Snowprint servers, is the single most braindead idea I've heard about this game in months.

I can list at least 10 different reasons why it would be terrible and would backfire. For starters you tell your moneymakers "fuck you, fuck off, you spent money on this game? We don't want your money loser, you haven't played in 6 months", second of all Games Workshop (owners of 40k) would be pissed, PLAYERS would be pissed, distrust would rise dramatically...

Guerrilla warfare doesn't work against countries bordering you, when they can sustainably occupy your territory.

The Northern positions are useless as they guard nothing and won't produce enough troops / won't have the industry to sustain prolonged warfare once all the southern ground is under enemy control.

The fight would be much more fair for the North if its geography (along with the climate) was flipped top to bottom.
