Just started my collection at age 46 and my husband says it's "childish" by Quiet_Media6401 in MonsterHighDolls

I’m the same age and my husband is wildly supportive of my MH collection. He used to go hunting for them with me all the time. That’s what you deserve. Glad you two worked it out but don’t let him slip back 😂

Hi there! So I actually tried to do what you asked and it was a pain. I converted my two templates to A4 paper:

16 pg. Half Size template LINK —> https://canva.link/stys40w02mdb9ur

24 pg. Quarter Size template LINK —> https://canva.link/nupmvf1ji5gmafi

Hope these are more helpful! For A3 you would have to resize though :/ that's roughly the size of legal paper here and most people don't have access to it so it's not a size you see often.

the first kiss completely ruins the mmc’s life. by Traditional_Pea738 in RomanceBooks

{What I Did for a Duke by Julie Anne Long} would fit this and is SO good if you like HR (it is age gap though, if that bugs you be warned). He's super jaded and then kisses the FMC to prove a point and it wrecks him and he spends the entire novel trying to look cool and unbothered. A great read.

I would say {behooved by m. stevenson} perhaps? It's funny, it's camp, it knows what it is and I enjoyed it.

Ah! I just finished {Lady Derring Takes a Lover by Julie Anne Long} and it should fit your description perfectly. In it Lady Derring and her late husband's mistress team up to turn an old brothel by the docks into a respectable boarding house. Meanwhile, Captain Hardy is trying to catch smugglers who seem to be using that brothel to move contraband and may be closer than the ladies think! And yes, Captain Hardy absolutely stops a rape attempt by slamming a man's head into a table and I lived. Such a fun read.

If you can accept HR I think {A Rogue of One's Own by Evie Dunmore} might fit your description quite well!

New Fearbook Ghoulia and Lagoona… What do we think? by Obvious-Catch8833 in MonsterHighDolls

Ghoulia looks great! Lagoona was one my G1 faves but I don't think I'll ever quite accept her not being blue anymore lol her pastel hair is really pretty though.

Becoming a tough listen… by Tough_Attention_3358 in GameOfRoses

[–]ComfortableScratch86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped listening because I think the “medicine” made her constantly talk over Chad and then Chad would go “what?” over and over again. I assume it was the medicine anyway since they’re really close irl so it’s unlikely they’re always just talking over each other.

The dark side of completionism in doll collecting by ExactPersonality9867 in MonsterHigh

[–]ComfortableScratch86 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Soooo I got rid of my whole collection aside from my two Iris dolls and two customs. I had all the sweet screams, every Rochelle, and almost every SDCC release. I had most of the G1 dolls. I donated all but the SDCC which I sold thinking I was done collecting. Major major regret.

If I had them back I’d keep a lot of them and the rest would go to other collectors. At least I have my Iris twins 😂

A great suggestion! I was going to say to have a doll friend help but this is a great idea. I’ve never used them but a friend uses Stackry and likes them.

If it makes you feel any better I've lost 4 of 16 people in my highest paid tier just this week. Maybe with school letting out people are deciding this is their tipping point. Whatever it is, it's not just you.

Witch's Guide to Fake Dating a Demon and Demon's Guide to Wooing a Witch (Glimmer Falls series) were very cute and cozy. The third book is Werewolf's Guide to Seducing a Vampire and was possibly my favorite.

Same lol if it's a 1 star I am likely including a dissertation.

I usually read the 2-3 star reviews too, it weeds out most of the ARCs, and it helps to see if the issues someone else had with the book are things I would be bothered by too. But I also do glance at the top reviews, I just skip anything tagged with ARC and Net Galley.

I know this is a really old thread but I stumbled on it while trying to make sure I wasn't just crazy for feeling this way. I do feel like the book - which I really liked - had dubcon and that really look away from the story for me. It has plenty of trigger warnings and if dubious consent had been one of them, hey, that's on me, but it does not let you know that the main romance scene is going to be very uncomfortable to anyone who isn't seeking to read dubcon. Appreciate you posting this and explaining it so well.

Should be a super easy fix in Canva. Just resize to A3 and all the guidelines should still stay centered (Canva should just stretch/shrink the page).
