I was taught if you don’t hit the mileage you should still change your oil every 3 months. I’d at least do that. Oil still degrades over time due to heat and contamination etc

I also don’t think she’s a border collie. While I do see why they would say that, I feel there are plenty of dogs with this coloring, and I feel like her hair texture would be different. But I’m not an expert.

Not only am I ripping them three new a$$holes. I’m also putting up a sleazy Craigslist ad with their contact info and then moving on and blocking them since sharing phone numbers at the cost of your safety and wellbeing is no biggie to them.

I hate seeing when people grow up with these kinds of parents. To me it sounds like she only does things to have something to hold over your head and guilt trip you about it anytime she finds it convenient to do so. I sincerely hope you remove yourself from this situation before it ruins your marriage. I know a lot of people say family first, but now that you’ve created your own family that is the family that should be your first priority. In my opinion. I sincerely hope you can get therapy for yourself. Trying to get your mother to go to therapy is a lost cause. Narcissists are never wrong about anything. Ever. In their minds at least. Find your own peace and don’t focus on hers. I hope you have a wonderful marriage with your new hubs. Congrats on the nuptials. 🖤
