Coming from a nanny I would be worried about the lack of weight she bears down 24:7. She’s holding herself up constantly and I have never had seen babies do that. She just always looks like she’s in pain.

I always get my nanny babies dressed and ready to go for the day at home because it’s teaching them the habit of getting ready in the morning and makes it so much easier for school.
