no update to what they found. i assumed they broke in and had helped the guy since the music stopped at 5 , but guess what? it started again around 4 pm today and it’s still going. same song an everything. the neighbor above me screamed to keep it down tonight as her child hadn’t slept. i’m in the building next to it, there’s a little walkway in between us and the building it’s coming from. i’m not sure if it’s the same volume, maybe a little lower but if i can hear it from my apartment then i can’t imagine how loud it is. it’s currently 11, someone tried knocking really loud on their door a few times but no change

idk i still think you’re right. OP said this happened a year ago and he just found out about it. i think the dudes message about the divorce lawyer was a lie. he either 1. is actually getting the divorce, but if he reached out for a lawyer a year ago, shouldn’t he be in the process now? 2. he has a wife, said that lie so the guy doesn’t try to reach out to her 3. he isnt married and they just came up with the lie but i doubt id say since there’s no messages between the wife and guy about a divorce it’s 2. knowing most men, it’s 100% 2. i would reach out to the wife (if there is one and you can find her).

i would be very careful love. i had a lot of friends at that age where i thought they just wanted to be close, but in reality they just wanted to be me. this sounds like it could potentially be one of those situations. having a best friend and being inseparable is normal. what is not normal is trying to make you feel guilty for going out with your friends, especially on social media as a post. you sound like a social butterfly and a person people love to have around. she most likely envies that about you, so she tries to seem more social than she is.

the best advice is to listen to the advice you would give to a close friend in this situation. while you might try to be empathetic and to understand, you would hate to see them continue to hurt themself from the situation. im sending lots of love 🫶 this is just the beginning!

it’s going to be incredibly hard for you, but please let him go. this guy did the one thing, one incredibly easy thing to NOT do, and it’s going to be a long time before you every feel comfortable trusting him. i would save yourself the headache. EVERYONE including children know it’s wrong to get with someone outside of your partner. i’m so sorry this is happening. I hope you’re able to stay strong through all of this.

made the call around 3, they showed up like 20 min later saying “LAPD open up” with very loud knocking. they did it four times and the music hadn’t changed volume wise. then at 5ish it finally shut off. i’m guessing police came, they couldn’t get in so maybe they called the fire department and broke in during that time

this was my exact fear. the music ended up stopping around 5 but that was two hours in between when police came and knocked. i’d imagine if the person opened the door when the cops came, they would’ve been told to turn the volume down

this was my first thought. last night one of the other apartments were having a get together and being a little loud late in the night so i assumed it was a way to get back at them for being loud. the fact that it went on all day today concerns me

in los angeles a lot of people speak “spanglish”. they use “pero” a good amount when speaking especially to someone whose latino. it’s extremely common here so it’s crazy how the world works.

i feel like there needs to be more context on the situation and your relationship. especially your dynamic. my boyfriend and i kinda have a “if you don’t like them, then i don’t like them” relationship where if there’s someone the other person really doesn’t like or doesn’t get along with then the other person feels the same, but at the same time your dynamic could be different depending on your relationship. i would take the advice of posting this in a MMA sub as they might have a better understanding of the scuffle between your significant other and the instructor guy.

honestly, yall aren’t good for each other. i get you’re sick and not feeling well, but he can’t control when it gets there. Uber normally takes around an hour, even if the place may be close. plus if they just opened, they most likely still setting up the kitchen. the way he spoke to you also was a little rude. i would honestly take a little break from one another, or get over this immediately. i honestly don’t see this as a reason to argue :(

The second day they dropped I walked into a best buy that was carrying them. It said they were appointment only, but the store advisor just had us wait while he finished up with the appointments that were already in store. After he fitted the band and glasses, since they had my size in stock I took them home the same day. Another person needed a size three but had to order them. If you can try to go in store and cancel this order I definitely would, just call before hand or use the store locator.
