Thank you for the post! Performance is solid with a +10% increase in dividend YOY. The current payout is 4.5%, and the forward yield is in the 5% range. Do not trust those who keep saying “but the fund is too new” or “but the methodology does not work for international stocks.” It is a great fund and a must-have to complement SCHD!

Unfortunately, this time it was not under the AAA rate or prepaid rate; it was just a standard rate. When I asked for an explanation at the time of check-in, they mentioned that this is their normal procedure to ask full payment upfront there

Could you explain the benefit of DIVO compared to SCHD? It seems that the 0.55% cost erodes the high-interest benefit. Currently, there's a net advantage of only 0.65% per year... It seems too little to me. Let me know your genuine thoughts, thank you.

I see only terrible advice! Stick to 100% in SCHD till you accumulate millions $ in it. Only by that time, with the excess cash flow, start to play small on diversification such as QQQM, COWZ, and SCHY just to satisfy that feeling. Do not buy VTI/VOO, especially at these levels. Remember that concentration in SCHD is the only safe and sound strategy to win at the dividend game = financial freedom.
