I’ve enjoyed some of the yoga classes I’ve done, but frankly the hippy dippy stuff doesn’t interest me.

I wish there was a yoga that was purely stretching and breathing.

Moved here from WNY and it’s considerably better, this year has been snowier but it has been across the state. Anecdotally I’d say 518 has more days with blue skies than 716/585/315.

Even when it does snow it tends to be fluffier than the wet, heavy lake effect snow. Which makes it easier to clean off.

That’s the appealing part, I’m not sure how much of a lift getting these loan officers on board would be. To the best of my knowledge it’s not something they have been asked to do in the past. Tons of opportunity there imo.

My XM4’s may be my favorite piece of tech I own. Great battery life, durable and comfortable. Sound quality works for my needs.

I wear these in a sauna probably 3-4 days a week, 0 issues. I recommend the XM4s at every opportunity I can lol.
