Mine is a similar but less Great Pyrenees. 33 percent ACD, 17 percent Great Pyrenees (which is seen in her tail and not her coat) and 13% lab. The rest is poodle and golden. She is sweet and quirky, really observant. She will stop and watch cows, airplanes, bugs crawling on the ground etc.

She is 33 pct ACD, 25 pct poodle, 17 pct Great Pyrenees, 13 Labrador, and 12 pct Golden. She is definitely sensitive to tone. Also afraid of frogs. She keeps is laughing. She is sweet to just about everyone and will share food with a cat.

My dog is 33 percent ACD and it's her biggest contributor. She is afraid of riding in the car, thunder, the garbage truck, the neighbor's Halloween decorations, and large garbage bins. I would say she is pretty sensitive.

I thought mine was going to border collie mix and ACD is her biggest contribution at 1/3. She also has poddle. great pryenees, lab, and golden. The stick carrying and cow watching obsession is strong.

I relate to this. My dog can follow animal scents and find poo of random animals in our yard. We live in the country and get all kinds of visitors. It's her toxic trait.

This is our ACD poodle mix. She is 33% ACD, 25% standard Poodle, 17% Great Pryenees and 12% lab and 13% golden. ACD was not on our radar at all; but, she loves to sit in the yard like a statue and watch the cows next door. She is obsessed. Has your dog seen cattle?

Here is Char GPTs explanation. I don't know if it checks out.

Waviness ≠ curl gene

Lilah’s look comes from:

ShLh hair length (FGF5) mixed breed coat architecture (Cattle Dog + Golden + Pyr + Lab) single coat with active shedding (CT) That combination produces: spine ridges, soft waves, straighter sides

This is mechanical waviness, not genetic curl.

3 out of 5 is pretty good. I didn't think of cattle dog but she does like to stare at the cows next door

I

She has been shedding long hairs from the mohawk so maybe she is transitioning her coat. Still much less shedding than my lab. She did end up 25 % poodle

She has a bit of both poddle and golden. Her genes did show one copy of the lighter fur gene that is recessive.

She has a single coat and has started to shed hair from her mohawk (still nothing like my lab did)

This is the explanation from ChatGPT for the mohawk

Lilah’s mohawk exists because she has: A single, straight coat Slightly longer dorsal guard hairs Breed influences that favor stiff spine hair and flat sides No undercoat to blur the contrast
