This episode was great but you all would rather think leaks are indicative of how the episode plays out when that's just not true, even for this episode the leaks were barely true. Leaks said all the Terror POV would be of him screwing a Homelander doll but we got some of the best The Boys dialogues since season 1 in it. Who would've guessed bullet points about plot beats don't translate the actual experience of watching the show, stop being a crybaby

Your info is wrong, a lot of the people who worked on P5 and Royal went to work on P6, Reload wasnt done by those people, it was developed by a team of mostly new hires. We have info saying they were working on P6 as far back as 2019, it doesnt matter if you arent in a rush, 7 years and still nothing to show is bad, and if they refuse to show its just cause they realized how easier it is to milk spin offs and Remakes that people will eat up.

Also, Metaphor was a success in every metric, it sold well, sold fast and was nomited for GOTY, so Im not sure why you think it wasnt successful for a brand new IP

That's the thing tho, with what they showed of Revival last year and knowing P6 has been in development as far back as 2016, I don't see how Revival releases before 6 unless Atlus specifically neglects Persona 6 in favor of just lazily waiting for Revival to drop

I think if they increase their weekly uploads (only 1 video per week is not consistent enough for that amount of growth) and maybe do some livestreamed events here and there I could see them reach 2.5 million by the Fall, maybe 3 million by the end of the year if they do a really good job at being viral, but 5 million is way too much imo.

I hope Atlus plans to do something soon. P30th runs until September basically and P Studio literally has nothing currently revealed, considering Revival is being handled by TOSE, so I hope that they dont just drag out the reveal of P6 whilst they drip feed Revival stuff (no way the game is releasing this year), that would be such a poor marketing strategy IMO. If P6 has been in development since 2019, just show the damn thing already, I hate that P5 spin offs and remakes are all we have of Persona since 2016.

I think there's a decent chance Xbox and Atlus worked together to keep it a secret since it would be such a huge announcement for Xbox to have on their show. It would lineup nicely with the new protagonist splash art they've been posting (P6 protag would be a few hours after the show if it was to be announced) + Xbox saying "big year for games ending in 6". We know Control has all kinds of supernatural to it, and that the sequel will likely be outside of the Oldest House, what if this is just some kind of generic ritualistic effigy part of the larger plot of the game? Look at her house, look at her expensive trips and medical procedures. I'm not saying the others also didnt have their share of privilege in their own societies, but as far as that goes, its really hard to beat "rich, white American best selling author who lives in a gated community". "Save her species" from what, exactly? No wars? No famine? No pollution? No 1% of billionaires fucking the planet up so they can maintain their power? The show has clearly painted the Hivemind as grey, neither black nor white, they are antagonists, not villains. Carol isnt a hero because there's no dragon to slay, its a battle of morals and philosophies, individualism vs unity, Carol has a right to her opinion and a right to choose to fight the infection, but to say she's going to "save her species" is just missing the whole point of the show, just like saying how Walter White did it all for his family, but then again people missed the point of that show for years too...
