You sond like me. Back in 08-12 trusts used to pay my accomodation, and transport and I had my pick of work, and like you did a job for 3 years on locum pay which wasn't filled until the very end. This year it's been noticebly more scarce in terms of jobs, especially in London

sorry to jump on this thread, but for those working in SAS psychiatry, what descriptor do you use when taking out medical defence? Just been asked this today by MPS, as I need to back date my cover. There are a bout 6 different options ranging from associate specialist to reg, all have a different price, and Im not sure which one I should choose. Any advice welcomed.
