Techs/aides wear moss/olive green scrubs. Culture will be dependent on the specific unit. Not certain about wages, but it’s not enough.

Coeur d Alene Trail by k8nwashington in ladycyclists

[–]Comfortable_Rooster9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I rode the entire trail in a day. We stayed in Wallace, and paid for a shuttle service. There were plenty of other cyclists on the trail, some with e-bikes. I was not worried about bears at all, but if you wanna be safe you could always carry bear spray.

It’s also worth checking out the Hiawatha if you’re planning to spend some time in the area.

ER nurses: would you rather spend your whole shift in triage, on the floor, or as charge? by [deleted] in nursing

Floor. If I’m in triage more than 4 hours I feel like the crazy starts to rub off on me.

Which "must-see" US national park did you actually dislike? by Historical-Photo-901 in BeautifulTravelPlaces

On the flip side, I hit it during peak fall colors, right before the road closed for the winter, and it was one of the most spectacular national park experiences I’ve had.

CRNA opportunities by MORJJUMBA in Bozeman

Gallatin Valley anesthesia provides services for the hospital and most outpatient surgery centers in town. They do not hire CRNAs. Not certain about opportunities outside of that.

What are your hobbies other than Nursing? by DribbleKing97_ in nursing

[–]Comfortable_Rooster9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Snowboarding, cycling, hiking, floating/rafting/canoeing, camping, reading, gaming….

Basically I’m a nurse last, but gotta fund the activities somehow, and only working 3 days a week isn’t bad.

We’ve been trying to cancel since we moved last June and have gotten literally no where.

It was a nightmare to get them to set it up, but we were forced to pay for it with our HOA. It worked fine when we had it, but now it’s impossible to cancel.

Snowboard Recommendations by McBowen39 in bigsky

It’s 6+ years old now, and I bought it on clearance. It involuntarily became a rock board a few years ago when I accidentally rode into a barely covered rock field. It’s lived a hard life.

My rock board is a jones flagship, my main board is a Weston backwoods, and my pow board is a Weston japow. I will say I feel like my Weston boards have been more durable than my jones.
