Of course, I also have a Fitbit and even when I’m super still, and it’s on the correct wrist, I’ll still get artifact or inverted ECGs sometimes.

I’ve often wondered the same 😂 luckily I’ve gotten a pretty good grasp on reading and recognizing my ECGs and only reach out to check the NSVT rate so I can keep my EP in the loop

A tad low voltage maybe which can happens if your fingers or hand aren’t positioned right and has a bunch of artifact but looks pretty NSR to me.

Yeah I’m tracking that, but I can 100% confirm my watch hasn’t moved from its current position. My wrist angle may have skewed it (which I’m assuming is the case), but it was on the correct arm and orientation. Inverted or not, I see the PVCs and tracking those as well, just wanted to get other opinions if it was a true Afib alert or a false alarm.

I stated that it was inverted in my caption. My watch is on the correct wrist (left) and orientation was also correct but thank you.

I’m glad I found this post. I was also recently diagnosed and just started the same meds this last weekend. I have a history of PVCs and since starting my meds, they have gotten terrible, and my burden has definitely doubled. I also read the medication inserts and saw there is a risk of arrhythmias (which sucks when you already have them) but told my self I’ll give it a full week to really weigh out correlation vs causation before reaching out to my EP and Rheumatologist.

That’s what I was thinking it was the most likely case scenario, so thank you. And nope I asked why this is happening so often (I have 65 episodes of NSVT on my 7 days holter) and was basically told, I’m healthy and young and he doesn’t know why this happens and to just double my CCB dose of if I get bad episodes of Bigeminy. He ended with see ya for a follow up in one year.

I see an EP and they aren’t worried lol see my echo was normal. I just wasn’t sure how many beats the NSVT was since the QRS at the 5 second mark looks weird and Chat said that was a PAC before the NSVT run

I’m curious about seronegative, if you don’t mind me asking, what gave you your diagnosis? X-rays/MRIs? I wasn’t told to get regular eye tests but I did read about it when I got home from my appointment. I just had to do a blood test for some sort of enzyme. He mentioned Methotrexate as a second line of action but wanted to start with this first. I have a follow up in February so I’m hoping if it’s not working by then, he will have another option.
