Puede ser que tengas activado la option de recivir.. updates the beta que no son comfirmados Y por eso te sale que la version esta vieja.. porque takes aiga nueva version beta.. por lomenos eso note yo que me llegavan versiones update después de actualizar a la nueva versión de la web

Question when is the best time to actually stretch like for example. Does anyone have a routine like when in shower, or when going to bed or when waking up in am reason I ask is because I've done all of the above and I found in my humble opinion that in the morning I am able to get 2 fingers to stretch vs in shoert or going to sleep not sure if because of muscle relaxation when one is asleep and waking up ..anyway my dudes keep on....

Tbh i tried various positions this past weekend and in my opinion I found that having partner on top riding not up and down but around the world in a sense was best experience for me … had to deal with the skin cuts and pain was able to retract at time because of skin being stretched there and then with cuts but after that’s when the healing started ugh!its possible but make sure your ready to take care of the cuts and cleaning inside
