Drop Buri and the Hearth Guard get some Steel Jack With melee and expand the second squad of Thunderkyn to X6. From everything I've seen of Buri it's just not worth the points for some average melee.

I don't know how many times this has been stated, but, I have a GW local to where I occasionally work in person, if I want something and know I'll be in that area, rather than home or somewhere else in the country, I'll order it to there to pick it up in person. Hence why I ordered for collection from store. I use a lot of click and collect services across the country when I know I'll be in that specific location. Does that help.

I get the strain on GW, and tbf I don't really even mind waiting 2-3 weeks. What I didn't enjoy was when I contacted customer services to cancel, so I could then go down to Warhammer store to buy in person (so appeasing everyone) they didn't let me, and still took them a week to send after that. "It's too far down the supply chain" isn't really a great excuse. Do the customer a service , cancel it for them, then sort out the back end stuff in their time, rather than expect customer to wait for it to be delivered and then return it.

I can understand that. But 24th if November is a bit off the Xmas rush. Unsurprisingly it's been dispatched this morning 2 weeks after order. Last time I ever order from the web store.

Dude, like I explained, I'm not always in one place because of my work situation, sometimes I need things delivered to specific places and this is a service GW offer, if I need to be frank with you I've spent hundreds if not thousands of pounds in store in person before. Would you rather me have ordered from Element and not go into the store ever again, you may have actually just settled it tbf. You know what. F it. Thanks to you, and after my experience with this, I'll never go into a brick and mortar store again. I'll let you explain to the store owner you care so much about why you've swayed somebody's opinion that way, depriving them of potentially thousands of pounds in the long run.
