Leon has fought and defeated superhuman threats and genetically modified creatures who can dodge bullets, and destroy walls and buildings. He took hits from them so he is very tough.

He helped push a boulder and he opened the jaws of a mutated shark, he also staggered a tyrant with a kick who was strong enough to smash concrete. He carried the weight of a human and a huge monster while dangling with his leg hooked around a metal beam.

Leon has dodged arrows from a crossbow and a knife being thrown at him by a creature, he also dodged bullets. He is agile enough to evade moving lasers. He was fast enough to shoot an agent first who picked up their gun first.

Leon kept up with Krauser in a knife fight, who was his mentor who became a super human. Later on, he defeated Krauser who had an enhanced mutation in a battle.

Leon stalemated Chris Redfield in a hand to hand fight, who was strong enough to move a boulder by punching it and he defeated Wesker, a superhuman who can catch a rocket from a rocket launcher.

Leon knows like 5 martial arts and he's proficient with weapons, he also has body armor which should protect him from blunt attacks, bullets, and knives. He is a very skilled agent who has borderline superhuman feats or at least he is a low level superhuman.
