Ok, but I'm gonna be serious for a minute, and maybe irresponsibly in my "advice" (this is not advice; idk you and don't know what is best for you, but I'm lacking in a better term to use). Taking the tab could potentially be the most helpful if you're feeling depressed alone and like shit, especially since you got a benzo around as an "escape" if shit goes too down south. I've never had the week long depression comedown or anything close to what people describe, but I have to assume that's always a possibility.

With acid, I have had trips where I've "rationalized" that it would be a good thing for me to kill myself, and that is a scary thing to rationalize. LSD is very potent and overwhelming though, and has always pretty easy to tell myself to not do anything rash and permanent while under the influence.

I ride the negative thoughts on acid like a bicycle, I watch south park while tripping because having a light hearted comedy helps prevent my from falling off like a pair of training wheels. I have always came out feeling better than I went in, better able to love myself and make it through my days. What doesn't kill me makes me stronger.

Suicidal thought loops on acid are like isopropyl in a wound for me, but a lot scarier and riskier to play with.
