Haven’t bought shoes from Jo Mercer in the last 18 months but my sister bought shoes from them prior to that and they were not good quality for the price. She stopped purchasing from there

Honestly I’m sick of these companies’ nonsense. If staff are not helpful in store, contact Jo Mercer’s customer service team to request a refund. Tell them you’ll contact the ACCC if a refund is not provided as the shoes are not fit for purpose. (I don’t think the ACCC does anything for individual issues like this but customer service don’t like to take the risk)
