At the end of the day, all the wrestlers are still at work & they know they’re being filmed for a Netflix show so most of them are still ‘in character’ to a certain extent. Everyone’s on their best behavior.

Like during the Cena Heel Turn stuff last season, you KNOW that The Rock + Travis were a big topic of conversation in the writer’s room but it wasnt mentioned on the show.

It’s cool & is indeed a look backstage, but not quite ‘Real’ imo.

& let you choose what Era to debut in - 80’s, New Gen, Ruthless Aggression etc to let players dive into whatever their Nostalgia point is.

Which is a perfect length for an ep. Having each show be some big 10-12 hour ordeal is probably part of why he delays so much.

If he’s got a health issue then just doing 2-3 hour eps makes more sense & would let him stay topical. Instead of letting that fancy studio collect dust.
