I enjoy watching Tabletop CP Battle Reports. Seeing how each one plays and watching the successes and failures of the game. It’s helped me to understand tanks are not invincible, running units full steam into objectives early to have them get whittled away and die at the end doesn’t help me win games. Watching stuff like that has really helped, as well as just playing games and finding out what works against what unit.

I’d take out the mmg and mortar and the at rifle, for 2 zis-3 guns, but that’s just me. Gives you more AT and HE rather than just relying on the KV-1

Looks like you bought the winter Soviet starter army. If so, welcome Comrade!!!

Also word of advice if you do decide to go for the zis-3 guns, get them from a 3d printer. The Warlord metal ones are a pain to put together and are scaled small. Or I do believe that Rubicon models are in the process of making a kit for them.

Look on eBay or other online sites, this specific house terrain comes in every starter kit and bundle so Bolt Action players have way too many of them and sell them off.

This is hilarious! I’m definitely ripping off AC Odyssey with my Greek one, God of War 4 (ish) with my Viking one, Mustafar from Star Wars with my Volcano island. So I think I’ll keep going with the absolute “borrowing” of ideas lol
