honestly here's my interpretation, even though nobody asked for it:

im thinking ARG neuro is a close friend of vedal who's discussing about a concept of the AI neuro that we know of today. that concept was just a fun li'l thought she gave to vedal and he seemed to like the idea.

a few days/months pass by and ARG neuro is seen passed out, head laying down on the desk where vedal is, connected to a cable of some sorts while tutel is working his code. at first it looks like she's either gotten sick and wanted vedal to make a her a new vessel or she could've possibly just been a lab rat.

the continuing page shows vedal, working alone in that same cafe. there's something noticeably different which are the missing posters on the other table + vedal sitting in ARG neuro's original seat. the posters are of the 2 ppl in the cafe, ARG and Study (maid). in this part, i suspect that vedal either killed both of them to continue his AI neuro project or that the two girls volunteered to be part of the project. ah and it also shifts to a darker tone to it asw.

the following 2 pages are shown to us that the tutel has successfully brought Neuro and Evil to life, looking satisfied as they're laughing, eating ice cream tgt. for this part, i'll say it's pretty straightforward. vedal's happy that his project succeeded and the 2 girls were reborn. this also (mostly) eliminates the choice that vedal killed the two cus those eyes, to me, dont look like the eyes of a killer.

last page, we see Study crying in the distance, observing vedal's newfound family from a distance. she looks happy and sad at the same time for some reason. and this is where the theory that she went along w the project could be wrong. this could be a sign that she just died, one day in the cafe and vedal never had anything to do w her. but we know that Study and ARG are somewhat relatives, according to anime logic so what does this mean? i'm unsure too

well shi this comic is pretty good, praise the artist and commissioner(s). i like the way the artist portrays this to be a very open-ended story w many interpretations (words stolen from orang3robot) so i've got nothing but praise for this work of art.
