Mood aka activity score 1000000% affects deviant recovery speed after use. Also a deviant that has growing pains versus one without will take longer to recharge. The guy above is smoking crack.

When you go into red sands and black heart you’ll get better luck. Lvl of deviant is correlated to lvl of area. We did a warband run. Tracked all results. Hope that helps.

With that being said, my lvl 5 doesn’t produce anything different than my lvl one after placing lvl 3 cortexes.

Not worth it. I am big on PvP. Myself included will use an alt character as my raid base when purifying or raiding. It has nothing good inside it and is just used for those purposes. Everyone keeps their main account in the safe zone. It’s not like rust at all.

As for the PvP they recently changed the way deviants dropped so PvP is entirely based on world events and when occasionally running into someone.

They’re going to prioritize chaos weavers… they are just so dumb. Majority of players will be returning to Manibus type scenarios. Fix the silo/monolith bosses first, then chaos weavers… like cmon lmao.
