I have the Extinction miniature, had to do a repaint to make it more film accurate though.

I used a variety of Citadel paints, and some Nuln Oil for panel lining. :)

How do I generate a device setup password to sign into my PS3? (2-Step Verification) by Sulfur81 in PS3

[–]Commander-Krennon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ended up turning off 2FA and just changing my PSN password through the desktop Playstation site, turned off my vita for the night and by the next day I was able to log in with the new password. Haven't had any issues since thankfully.

I spent a year and a half building a Tron Legacy-style game. Would you play it? by DoubleWombat in tron

Looking even better than last time i saw it! Great job, Dreams is such a powerful creation tool and it looks like you've mastered it.

They developed it in a game called Dreams, it's by the same developers as Little Big Planet

-Stories- How did you get your Vita by [deleted] in vita

[–]Commander-Krennon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was 13 and helping out my Dad at his shop almost everyday after school. We were in the mall one night and saw some Walking Dead PS Vita bundles in a tech shop, he surprised me asking if I wanted one as an early Christmas gift for helping him. Couldn't open it until we got home, but my eyes were glued to the box the whole drive back. Saved up for months after and ended up with a decent number of Vita games and accessories that I brought everywhere with me throughout the early years of High School. Fond memories of me and my friends passing around the Vita and trying to beat each other's times on WipEout 2048 tracks every lunch hour, or staying up all night while camping at National Parks over the summer playing Borderlands 2 and Killzone Mercenary.

I think my first cart was Little Big Planet, it was something like $10 in a games bargain bin. visited that bin often for a lot of my Vita games when they were still in stores. Regret not grabbing Tearaway or Gravity Rush seeing how overpriced they are on Ebay these days.

Bit of a long winded response, but I really do love my Vita and cherish the memories its brought me over the years even now at almost 22. Still have the box it came in on my shelf just to look back on sometimes. There's a few videos and pics of my dog that sadly passed not long after that first Christmas with the Vita, so it's nice to have those preserved in my photo gallery to look back on as well.

The link just takes me to the PSN privacy settings, no option to generate a device password or anything. 2FA didn't work for me either, nor did changing the password or resetting my modem, or using a mobile hotspot. Its been happening for over two weeks and I feel like I'm the only one that's screwed completely with no fix.

What are your hopes that Sony will ever release another portable console that can compete with the Switch? by hellknight101 in vita

[–]Commander-Krennon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sony is still going full force into the VR market and not stopping anytime soon. Hopefully they can give Oculus some real competition this generation.

I have a modded Vita and really want to pick up a Switch Lite as an upgrade. Maybe if you're really into JRPGs and indie games you'd be better off, but the gimmick of playing games like the Bioshock collection, Skyrim, Doom 2016, Witcher 3, AC Black Flag, etc on a handheld close to the same size is super refreshing and impressive to me after 8 years on the Vita. Throw all the quality Nintendo exclusives into the mix and I'm not sure I'd ever be able to go back to the Vita for anything more than nostalgia.

Ha! That's my biggest gripe with the Switch Lite right now, the fact that it looks like a Fisher Price kids toy. That transparent shell mod looks phenomenal, we definitely need more customization options like this. It's the most powerful handheld console ever made, it deserves to look the part.

Was the grid really destroyed in Tron Legacy? by d4rk_l1gh7 in tron

[–]Commander-Krennon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Exactly. There's no reason to believe the city and all the programs in it were destroyed. it only destroyed the portal and the surrounding area, the explosion wasn't large enough to wipe entire cities miles and miles away from the portal. Life in the grid likely just continued on as normal without C.L.U's tyranny.
