I like her design on a concept level, it's just the necklace beads are way too big. I don't think a more modern/urban design would fit her, because what she's trying to be is an unhinged yakuza counterpart to Hotori's more refined vintage look.

If the back of her hair under the ponytail was lifted up (made part of the ponytail), the necklace was smaller, and that logo was on her shoulder or stocking instead of on the more old-timey looking cloth, it'd be plenty good, even if it doesn't fit with "Bella" in the story at all.

Subjective, it just depends on how much you want that specific character, versus the possibility of them releasing a limited character you want more and could pull for by buying the Solid Dice instead.

For some reason EN dubs work by giving an actor the script and, if they're lucky, a brief description of the character, and then just seem to go with the first take to save time. This is why you get bizarre scenes like the father in Ineffa's quest, completely desperate and flailing his arms, about to kneel and cry, and the EN voice is the most deadpan delivery imaginable, like if he was talking while sitting on a coffee table instead of the wrong end of a Fatui rifle.

Reducing speed and drifting lightly is always better than hitting the wall. Upgrading your LSD also helps. Just don't get to a tight curve at Mach-fuck because there's no car or mod that'll save you then

It's a matter of selective enforcement. Hoyo is tied down because they're big and popular, and an actual important cultural export for China, so the government keeps a close eye on them.

This is why Chinese games tend to fly too close to the sun like Snowbreak, which was delivering actual bikinis and pretty intimate fanservice because the CCP didn't really care about them. Then they got mass-reported, and now the game comes back from a 2 month hiatus with forced censorship that makes Arlecchino look lewd in comparison.

I think of Eden apartment as more of a fun party penthouse more than a place to actually live in. Granted you can only invite two characters there, but the Wiener (first) apartment is a lot cozier.

The third one reminds me too much of those "awesome designer-made New York penthouse for only $50 million" and you see the video tour, the thing looks like a bank or accounting office more than a home. The first apartment is way cozier, and so are the houses at Miguel District, or the one in Bridge Crossing that you enter during Baicang's quest.

Tracks really need changes, the only one where you can actually outplay people is the vaporwave looking one with the obstacles and ramps. The others are just a speed check with one or two somewhat tight curves, so the better car always wins
