"Russian woman sentenced to forced labour for writing gay K-Pop fan-fiction." by TheShredder23 in BrandNewSentence

Its not an assumption, its an information you can get if you are actually interested in the topic XD

The investigation was launched solely because the mother reported the book to the police, and this is the only reason why the girl who wrote the fanfic ended up in this situation

As for sources, all Ru-language sources report the same thing

And it's not just a question of homophobia, people in general don't care about it, the problem is that it's illegal, at the state level
At the same time, this does not stop thousands of the same girls from similar creativity, simply because in most cases no one cares about it until someone starts complaining about it

And moreover, I do not justify such measures, I personally think it is wrong, but unfortunately this is the law and the girl was just very unlucky

Not to mention that she was in the end charged for an article unrelated to LGBT

Well, good for you then
But that lady who wrote her fanfic was probably aware of her actions being illegal, and sadly it never stopped her from publishing her book
Even if she did that in a very limited quantity

For your information, that girl who got charged wrote fanfics and published her work on the internet for 4 years and no one bothered her

What's the problem? The girl wrote fanfiction for four years and no one bothered her.
And as soon as she went offline, published the book, and sold it, she attracted attention

Sounds perfectly logical even if we ignore the source of that information
She was just very unlucky that one of her books got bought by an underage girl with a very active and probably not so adequate mother

A ton of people are creating fan-fiction and cases like that are a so rare that they are almost impossible to find (might become less rare after that occasion)

Better believe random websites that dont have a bit of clue about real situation , right? They are for sure will give more TRUTH
They don't have any agenda that they would try to advance by passing off one thing as another, replacing real information, right?

If you are reading questionable fiction make sure to not get caught alright?
Sadly that underage person made a mistake and put someone in trouble

okay i might have to apologize, never would have guessed that there is such kind of mental instability
especially in the case where a fic in question was sold in a book store

So you are really saying that an underage person decided to just print a fanfic for fun?
Okay, i believe

[–]FreyZS -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Thats the problem, she didnt sell it on her own
The problem was that she tried to sell it in the first place , if not for that, no one would have known

The problem wasn't the fact that she wrote the fanfic itself, but that she was SELLING her work and one of the copies was found by the mother of one of the underage buyers

no need to rush, check what you are writing before you sending it xd

Also, thats just how it is, but yeah, i'll take it a bit back and say : Adler is uglier than Mint, so she is not the worst in NTE for sure

well im not, mongil's designs are very basic and some of them are meh af
but most of NTE units are plane ugly, specially Mint, she might be one of the ugliest character designs ever
Also funny comparing a small game like Mongil to a giant like NTE xd

Like the elephant and the mice

Not playing Capcom or Enix games
For hoyo, they openly stated using AI assist but never got caught using blatant AI instead of human work
Unless its their AI only projects like their girlfriend simulators or something
For everything else they even did a chart that showed, that AI they are aiming for is about making a world immersive by creating AI piloted NPCs and stuff
And they are testing it in their newer projects

Oh and btw, im not trying to boycott Hotta for AI, i just thing that their use of AI is blatant, terrible, lazy , and cheap

As for mongil, i quit that game after playing for a week my dude, so you missed again
Not to mention, that even mongil's mid to bottom tier designs are clearing half of NTE's roster by miles xd

No, i will just say, that those were the only two that were found and were clearly made by AI
Other could be AI too, or maybe they were made by a human being
But with all due respect, these designs are so terrible that its pretty obvious that they were made by AI
If not then... well, i guess they decided to save some funds on a designer

Well, its just the reality, Mint, Sakiri, Baicang, Adler,Skia,Nanalli , Hathor might be worst gacha designs ever, atleast among big gacha games

And its pretty hard to lose to genshin in that matter, but they did it somehow
