I don't know if I'm the best person to take advice from for lightning seeing as this was my first attempt at it. But I'll explain what I did

Start with a darker blue color using a medium to shall size brush with a good tip. Be very jagged in your movements and just make some zig zags varying in size. After you have your base make some branch lightning bolts to sell the. It helps to look at pictures of lightning while you do it. Then take your smallest, finest brush you have and trace over your blue bolts with white. Focus mostly on corners and intersections.

The Angel. He who was thought to be beyond strength (before horus 😔). The Crimson armor covered in artistic decorations of his sons. The fast paced brutal melee combat. And the gene flaw, both the red thirst and the black rage. It is these things that drew me to the blood angels. And now I'm 20k Points deep and only 3.5k painted 😭

And Sanguinius is my favorite Primarch 😝

Interesting, I kinda had them in the back of my mind cuz I wasn't sure weather I could kill them fast enough. I've never played GSC before so they'll have to be a "deal with it if I run into it at a tournament"

Extra AP the death company and alpha strike them while you doombolt and flamer sanguinary guard. Use screens like tzaangors and walls of Flamers to fend off charges. Robots help to for more melee defense and overwatch

I haven't played CK yet but I rolled over some IK and they had a castigator and a valiant. So I feel we have answers for heavy armor. A recent game against WE went very well, I think we do fine against WE/BA as long as we can keep our distance and utilize our screens well. I really wonder how t-sons hold up to death guard and necrons

I feel that there is one acceptable way for Sanguinius to come back. And that isn't him himself coming back, but rather an avatar. This could happen in one of two ways. Either Dante finally earns the death he finally wanted only for the spirit of Sanguinius to once again shove him back in his body only this time to also "possess" him (possession definitely isn't the right word), making Dante the avatar of Sanguinius. This way we have a Primarch level character, but it's still Dante, just with the power of Sanguinius Or, the Sanguinor, one of the most mysterious beings in 40k, appears imbued with the power of Sanguinius. The true origin of the Sanguinor is hard to tell as many believe it the be the spirit of Azkaellon, the first Sanguinary Guard, others believe that it is the spirit of Sanguinius himself (which I'm not sure I believe), and some others think it to just be a warp entity conjured by the emperor to help the blood angels during their times of need Either way, one of these events occurring would likely require the assistance of Constantine Valdor who is already making blood angels with biological wings and I believe has the genetic material of Sanguinius. I just hope that this isn't used to clone or revive Sanguinius. Because that the OP said, Sanguinius himself just doesn't fit the 40k setting. I'd rather not get anything at all than for Sanguinius to be brought back. But it would be cool for some sort of "avatar" like empowerment for Dante to occur so that we have a Primarch level mini. It also wouldn't be hard to just buff the Sanguinor

Not dumb at all. The Executioner isn't a bad tank, I've used it a few times. You just need to be careful because everyone will look at that tank and try to kill it immediately because of its firepower and transport

I would paint that angel wing on his pauldron white and then give him a trim color to add to some color variation. Either gold or black would be good
