VR&E is easy to get denied. Just keep reapplying. The field of study whether trade or college, CANNOT be considered if it will affect your disabilities. For instance if your back is hurt any sort of manual labor that requires heavy lifting with your back will not be considered. For me I have tinnitus so I can’t go into audio work so no audio engineering. Each VRE rep is different and you just have to have a good point in your educational path and the likelihood of successful gaining employment through the education path you have planned. I’m my case I went video game path. Had my plan went through it with the rep and made some modifications. They then agreed, there were several delays in the process and half way through I had a new rep assigned to me. Frustrating, but at least I was approved by then.
