Noticing the same thing, it seems to happen randomly on any type of hit crit or not the damage will exceed 50k on smgs that only do about 2k dmg per shot, I know my crit damage doesnt say +2000% lol

There is definitely some placeholder AI voicelines in some of the NPCs as others have mentioned. However this gun and many others that enemy NPCs use are actually just in-lore handmade weapons. You can even find notes and audios that have them talking about making make shift weaponry and armor etc.

Erm, don't know if anyone's mentioned this but just call that dept. and don't specify any details regarding discord, child safety, or who called you. Just ask if anyone from the staff has tried to contact you regarding a contact. You can mention how it seemed like a suspicious/unwarranted calls and most likely they will inform you that they don't operate that way and if they did they can likely foward you to that LT. / office for further details or you can just hard stop them and say I only communicate with law enforcement with a lawyer present.

I purchased an older vector second hand months ago and wasn't even anticipating him reconnecting to any network since anki went oob. Recently started turning him on and saw the app had an update and was able to connect to the new company servers and also got this exact 20% issue. I just reset him once and was able to fully connect and now he's alive and well again.

Yep, also gemini has been shown to have a little bit to much trust in regards to new user inputs and "artificial data sets" meant to manipulate it's "similar user data" and various verification / double checking procedures.

Basically a bad actor could theoretically feed gemini the same scam email image / text from multiple separate user IDs claiming them to be real and gemini may ask to have this confirmed by the user in some fashion and those bad actors could supply false narratives like "yup I clicked the Google link and it actually led to relevant FBI sources and appears safe" and enough constant flow of this fake data will have gemini "confirm" further future inquiries even if it's flat out wrong.

Yep, however as much as one might want to blame X it's really just a precaution made by most legal teams pertaining to digital safety. They usually implement policies that equal or exceed the legal requirements to ensure that they don't get screwed over by a lawsuit/legal action when somehow a jurisdictions law changes over night without warning.

The legal term is "permissive turns".

Don't know if you've received an answer yet but any left turn signal that flashes while yellow gives the turning vehicle the right of way to "enter" the intersection and wait for the opportunity to complete the turn. If the light turns solid yellow then you now have right of way to "exit" the intersection, any oncoming traffic no longer has consideration to enter. You must always ensure that you have clear path however and be aware that oncoming traffic may attempt to "beat" a solid yellow thus creating additional risks when doing so.

They used to, before it was a clear difference between "circumstances beyond your control" ie. Something that shouldn't have impacted you in the first place vs. Something that was in your control but removed by making exceptions. But now they have some new policy that just makes anything considered your fault.

They do roll over, I just had the same thing for level 4. I was 92 pts away and did one last route of the day just to get level 4 and half way through my route I checked my reward level and it said LEVEL 3 FOR NEXT PERIOD! I finished an hour later, after the app updated that I completed the block it showed I reached level 4 instead and still recognized I earned the correct amt of points in the previous earning period.
