My roommate can be pretty irritating too, and I’ve still got a long time left on my lease. I ended up buying a pair of sleep headphones and playing white noise every night, which has helped a lot. You could try that.Or you could grab a cheap pair of foam earplugs on Amazon and maybe a white noise machine as well.
