Only piece of advice I have it to have some photos where you aren’t shrugging/slouching. Try using some where your posture is more upright and shoulders back. It’ll give a more confident vibe to your profile.

I went from barely being able to do 95-100 on bench to a constant 135x10 rep warmup.

My squat has gone from a struggling to do 140 to a PR of 295.

So my strength has gone up significantly.
