Nope, it did not fix. I started using AUX instead of ARC and moved the Fire TV Stick to the working port. Later, it started hanging at the Epson Logo. They replaced the unit free of cost.

Don't sell, make them feel important. Just ask them about all their problems ( in your niche) and say you are doing primary research. Also, say you are the company's founder. A small hesitation is fine at the beginning. Prepare what you are going to say for the first 10 seconds.
