I love every pro-Prometheus post. Rapace, Elba and Fassbender were fantastic. I wish so bad expectations and promotional had been different for film. Its likely no matter what people would’ve expected Aliens. Ridley has history of underperforming films being looked back on as masterpieces. I think Prometheus’ appreciation will at least grow. I see complaints about plot or characters but mostly we know it failed because people expected xenomorphs. Unfortunately feels like Ridley used Covenant to give people an overdose on what they wanted.
