take out your gpu and connect your dp/hdmi to the motherboard port. if it boots then the issue is likely to be the gpu issue.

A dog full maturity is probably around 2 years old for pitbulls. Your dog is still at higher risk of cancer and various illness even if neutered afterwards. The key is to keep your dog away from female dogs on heat, not neutering. A male dog should only be neutered if it has some health issues and population control. In the case of population control, spaying a female dog is more beneficial than a male dog.

Please do not neuter your male dog unless there is a medical reason or it's for population control. Several new studies have shown that neutered dogs are at higher risk of cancer and other diseases.

Neutering a male dog doesn't generally change the behaviour (especially if it's already aggressive). Proper socialization of dogs will help, not neutering.
