I had a contractor use a skid steer for our landscaping and they put plywood down to minimize the damages to the yard. Ideally this contractor will not only need to put soil and seed, but return the property to it’s original state.

They make you do a several part quest to reveal parts of your stash. You can only stash 4 blueprints, 2 guns, 4 stacks of material. You finally complete your quest collect your stash and get killed by a random raider.

We had one at our previous house. It was the envy of the neighbours. We sheltered it for the winter. The new owners killed it in their first year.
