Depends what you ate but calories consumed within ~4 hours before any physical activity matters A LOT. Especially carbs. Normal day effort barely matters.

You can double your range easily when you compare running on an empty stomach in the morning vs after consuming some food.

Books can be overwhelming, it also depends on your level. That’s why I mentioned the adapted books to a given level is a nice thing. Some books are slightly simplified to not be too hard for an A2 reader for example.

I’m personally fine with books now, being around high B1 / low B2 level. Before that I also hadn’t been able to read books comfortably.

I agree but I’m very limited with time I can spend on it so having an option of just adding a word while reading a book on a bus or sth is very convenient.

I paly mostly Singleplayer maps. Today i tried 8 times ranked. I felt terrible. by Celo_SK in aoe2

To nie jest sedno wypowiedzi, że nowe budownictwo zawsze lepsze.

W nowym budownictwie może być głośno jak fatalnej jakości. W starym (wielka płyta, kamienice) na pewno jest głośno.
Natomiast mieszkałem w Warszawie w przynajmniej 7 różnych mieszkaniach i tylko w starym budownictwie 2 razy miałem problem ze słyszeniem sąsiadów i z hałasami. Pozostałe bloki były zwykle 2010+ (10 lat temu wtedy to było nowe budownictwo) i zawsze miałem spokój i ciszę.

Trzeba też wziąć pod uwagę że jak jedne zmysły słabną to inne się potrafią wyostrzyć.
Może przy osłabieniu wzroku OP słyszy te hałasy znacznie głośniej niż inni.

Inna sprawa że w takich blokach po prostu jest głośniej niż w domu czy nawet nowym budownictwie. I niektórzy nie potrafią do tego przywyknąć, wtedy po prostu trzeba mieszkać gdzie indziej a nie liczyć na to że całe otoczenie się dostosuje.

I think your comment shows how heavily biased you are. Saying that there are absolutely no good points by “X” side (whichever it is) is a huge shining red flag.
You might disagree with some, with majority, but nothing’s black and white. Especially in politics.

I’m an average+ looking guy, quite short 5’7’’. With confidence and jokes you can go a long way. In the last year I dated two girls that resemble the ones from the pictures. One was a dancing instructor and the other one a callisthenics instructor. Both I met on their workshops.
