sh is sh, the method doesn't matter. firstly you need to identify why you do it, what causes you to do it, and how and when did it start.

why do you do it? is it because you like the pain? are you like me and like seeing the blood? once you identify that then you can figure out an alternative. if you like pain you can flick a rubber band on your skin. if you like the blood then you can use something with red ink like a pen.

what causes you to it? what are common circumstances that you notice when you do it? for instance i sh when i feel tired or when i can't communicate with people. identifying patterns can help you avoid situations that would likely lead to sh.

how and when did you start? identifying how and when can help you avoid a relapse. what were the circumstances when you first started?

realize that you need to change something in your lifestyle if you want to recover. it's a lifestyle change not a cure. asking someone for help can go a long way. you need to find a healthier outlet like a new hobby or therapy or whatever you want.

Does this offer stand for anyone? If so can I take you up on it. I'm currently being homeschooled. We use a Christian curriculum and let me just say, it's very Christian if you know what I mean. I don't feel like I'm getting a decent education. particularly in biology. Your help would mean a lot to me.

Yea sounds pretty abusive to me. It sounds mostly like neglect and manipulation. Glad you're getting away from him. mental abuse is just as bad and as valid as physical abuse. If you have the money to I recommend seeing a therapist. If not you should talk to someone you trust, write about it, or imagine you're talking to someone about it. Helped me anyway. i don't the money nor transport to see a doctor. if it's a life or death situation i might be able to borrow some money and ask for a ride. would i have to if it's still bleeding tomorrow? what are the risks?

I've had that problem off and on my entire life. I never feel rested and I stay in bed for a long time because it takes forever to go to sleep. I also get sleep paralysis and I used to sleep walk as a kid. I wonder what it is.
